Challenging cases in Brazilian butt lift surgery

In this article, we present a case which we have experienced both as very challenging as well as very rewarding. The patient presented with a so called V-shape. Some surgeons also call this an inverted shape. In a V-shape, the pelvis is wider than the hips giving the impression of a V.
